This page grew out of my own personal need for a central place to keep all my 'ADSL Stuff'. In my various roles i've had a lot to do with ADSL (branded 'Jetstream' by Telecom New Zealand) from both the Client and ISP side. I often find i'm asked to use my expertise to help people both professionally and privately and as a result have created this page to make life a little easier.

NZDSL.co.nz - Includes LOTS Of useful material about various DSL router types and technologies relavent to NZ.
NZDSL - What is My IP? - Uses port 81, tells you your current IP as per your web browser. - Update May 2006, link no longer works. Try whatismyip.com as a potential alternate.

Jetstreamgames.co.nz - The Telecom Jetstream Realm that logs you onto their network outside of your ISP infrastructure = no traffic charges. Used for Testing as well as for Gaming on servers hosted within the Realm - at full speed and with no additional charges. Also accesible over the Internet at normal charge rates.

www.unixathome.org/adsl - the home of the NZ ADSL Mailing list. A very good resource for those curious about ADSL in NZ, includes full list discussion archives. Note there are two lists, adsl and adsl-chat - the former for technical discussions and the latter for 'everything else'.
